Shipping Policy


We are a small handmade boutique business and therefore all of our products are made to order. In some circumstances please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be completed. All of our products are hand made and this can take time. Please also be aware that jewellery is all hand made, therefore any jewellery purchased may slightly vary in appearance to that appearing online.
We will do our best to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible!  We will always do our very best to complete orders well before the scheduled time frame although during the busy seasons (Christmas) our 5 day policy applies.  If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss our options.

Our products are either sent via Australia Post or via courier, depending on your location. All orders are sent in either boxes, satchels or padded bags using plenty of packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

Caslie & Co accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package once it has been shipped.

We currently only ship our products within Australia.
If you are local to the Mornington Peninsula, collection can be arranged.

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.  We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. 

Caslie & Co does not accept exchanges if you change your mind. We will happily replace your items if they are damaged or defective. Please contact us via email in relation to any postage / damaged item issues.
